Hi cowboy
Thanks for tip.script, but I have a question for you.
I would like to show a attribute h2 title in the tip.
In the example.js I’d insert:

var mik = $(“div.mike h2″).attr(“title”);
$(“div.mike”).tipbox(mik, 0, “mike”);

so it’s right but my problem is with the “preventDefault()”
that I can’t put it in the right way in the script to prevent the default browser.
Please take care of a poor cowboy as I am.
I hope you can understand my bad english, I’m Italian.

Very simple, functional and light !..
Thanks alot for sharing and structuring and commenting the code well that made it very highly customizable !..

if anyone is interested : to make the box appear on the top of the cursor instead right underneath it, add this code at line 10 in the show function, next to e.pageY, make it e.pageY-tipBox.height().
my 2 cents !
